What we collect

This website itself does not run trackers and does not collect personal information directly. When you purchase a membership or mentorship, your checkout is handled by Whop (whop.com), which collects the information needed to process your payment and manage your subscription: your name, email address, billing country, and payment details. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

• To deliver what you bought: community access, session scheduling, recordings, and written deliverables.
• To send service emails about your purchase, billing, or sessions.
• To respond when you contact us for support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email you haven't opted into.

Third parties we rely on

• Whop — checkout, billing, subscriptions, and community access management (Whop's privacy policy).
• Vercel — website hosting; standard server logs (IP address, user agent) may be processed to serve and secure the site.
• Video-call and scheduling tools used to deliver mentorship sessions (shared with you at booking).

Data retention

Purchase records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. Session recordings and written deliverables are retained so we can support you during and after your program; ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). Email support@ecomvip.club and we'll respond within 1–2 business days.
